Mrs. Reshma Mirza, Chairman and Patron of the MAHILA AVAM BAL ADHIKAR SURAKSHA MANCH, has been associated with various political parties for the past three decades and has faced every challenge head-on while working for women's and children's rights—whether those challenges stemmed from political parties or societal prejudices. Mrs. Reshma Mirza has dedicated three decades of her life to the cause of women's and children's rights. She has worked under the guidance of compassionate figures like Mother Teresa and alongside influential women such as Indira Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Mayawati, Sushma Swaraj, and Nirmala Sitharaman, who are regarded for women in the country. Known as a prominent social worker, Mrs. Reshma Mirza has always been ready to fight for women's and children's rights while pursuing her career in journalism. The campaign to provide women with means of livelihood through courses like sewing, embroidery.

Only a few individuals are blessed by the divine with the ability to understand the pain of the suffering and the oppressed, and one such person is Jaya Dawar. Jaya Dawar, at her current age of 47, has devoted many years solely to selfless service towards humanity and the destitute.
A resident of the main city in Maharashtra's Ratnagiri district, the entire administration of Ratnagiri knows that if there's a matter of aiding the needy or caring for the sick, there is one name that resonates above all—Jaya Dawar. It is this spirit of service that drives her not only to work in Ratnagiri but also to extend her efforts across Maharashtra and other parts of the country.

With countless blessings and prayers from people, Jaya Dawar has also earned numerous awards for her dedication to humanity and her work for the underprivileged. Vice Chairman | Entrepreneur | Social Worker  

Mr. Dilip Kori, hailing from Ahmedabad—the largest textile city in Gujarat—is a renowned building contractor and businessman. Despite his busy professional and trade schedules, Mr. Kori actively fights for the rights of women and children. As the Vice Chairman of the Women and Child Rights Protection Forum, he closely monitors violations of women’s and children’s rights across the country. His exceptional dedication was evident during the COVID-19 pandemic when he served society wholeheartedly, providing funds and resources to help stranded individuals return to their homes in various regions of Gujarat. Based in Surat and Ahmedabad, Mr. Kori continues to passionately contribute to social service alongside his work.

HANEEF AZHAR

Renowned Politician | Eminent Writer | Prominent Journalist  

Mr. Haneef Azhar, a member of the Director Team of the MAHILA AVAM BAL ADHIKAR SURAKSHA MANCH, is a distinguished name in the Indian comics industry, shining like a guiding star in the field of writing. Having authored over 5,000 comics and children's stories, Mr. Azhar deeply understands the mind of a child. He himself admits, "My heart is still a child," as decades of writing and thinking about children have kept his mind youthful and engaged. During his writing journey, he developed a thorough understanding of laws and the legal and social rights of children. Mr. Azhar has also been proactive in advocating children's rights in the political arena. By organizing seminars under the Forum’s auspices, he has shared his expertise in writing, enabling hundreds of women and children to pursue journalism and creative writing as a career, and successfully earn a livelihood in these fields.

ADV. DOCTOR MIRA SINGH

Advocate Dr. Meera Singh, a distinguished legal professional and doctorate in Company Law, has been a relentless voice for justice and equality for over two decades. With more than 22 years of dedicated service in the field of law and social work, she has become a symbol of integrity and compassion, especially in the areas of women and children's rights.
Her contribution as a NGO functionary has been at the forefront of providing legal aid, counseling, and rehabilitation support to marginalized women and children, empowering them to reclaim their dignity and independence. As a Government of India-appointed Notary and an active legal practitioner, she has represented numerous clients with a deep sense of commitment and empathy.

BHAGWAN SAHAY CHAUHAN

Mr. Bhagwan Sahay Chauhan, who plays a vital role as the Cashier of the MAHILA AVAM BAL ADHIKAR SURAKSHA MANCH has previously served as a special advisor to a prominent Union Minister in Delhi. His experience enables him to deeply understand and address the rights of women and children alongside human rights. During his professional life as an advocate, specializing in documentation, Mr. Chauhan has not only served as the Cashier but has also occasionally taken on the role of Chief Financier for the Forum. Under the banner of the MAHILA AVAM BAL ADHIKAR SURAKSHA MANCH, he has played a key role in providing timely legal and social information to women and children about their rights. Additionally, Mr. Bhagwan Sahay Chauhan shoulders the responsibility of teaching women and children mass communication courses through his 24-year-old newspaper, "Crime Coverage."

B.A., LL.B | Legal Advisor  

The MAHILA AVAM BAL ADHIKAR SURAKSHA MANCH firmly believes that its legal advisor should be a young individual. This led the Forum’s Directors to young advocate and social worker Suheena, who, upon learning about the Forum's policies and principles, immediately accepted the role. Suheena, having graduated in B.A., LL.B. from the prestigious I.P. University, is recognized by key legal institutions such as BCI and BCD for her ability to fight cases in both High Court and Supreme Court. She is highly alert to the rights of women and children, and she possesses the competence to advocate for their rights at any level of the legal system.

AZHARUDDIN

Assistant Professor of Arts

Cartoonist Mohammad Azharuddin is among India’s most prominent cartoonists. His thousands of cartoons and comic strips have been published in famous children’s magazines such as Champak, Nandan, Balhans, and Bal Bharati. After the passing of legendary cartoonist Pran, creator of the globally famous "Chacha Chaudhary" strips, Mr. Azharuddin carried forward the legacy by creating new Chacha Chaudhary and Pinky comics, widely appreciated at both state and central government levels. He is also involved in the animation of the popular TV series "Motu Patlu," which enjoys immense popularity among children. Skilled in animation, Azharuddin plays a leading role in the Forum’s free animation, artwork, and digital painting programs. The children he has trained now work for prestigious animation and artwork companies across India, earning substantial salaries.
